Deposit and Fees

• A $130 non-refundable deposit is due on the day you book your wedding with us to secure your day and cover the cost of your trial. Trials are on weekdays only. This deposit does NOT deduct from the cost of services on your wedding day.
• Once the schedule is made for your day, we will begin no later than the set starting time. Please ensure all bridesmaids, mothers, and you the Bride are there and ready on time for scheduled services. In the event someone is not ready for their scheduled service, there will be a 30-minute grace period. Past that grace period, there is a $1 per minute late fee that will be applied per stylist that is at your event. Ensure everyone arrives with dry hair. A $20 fee will be charged for wet or damp hair.
• You are responsible for any parking costs for our team on the day of your wedding such as hotels, parking garages, and parking meters.
• A travel fee will be applied in addition to the service charges if your venue is outside of a 15-mile radius from our salon location (2206 Madison Street). The fee is $.75 per mile to and from your venue, as well as a fee of $50 per additional stylist needed to achieve your bridal party looks within your get ready time frame.
• If you, as the Bride, are wanting to change your hairstyle after your ceremony and before your reception- there will be an additional $200 fee to cover added time and additional style.
• Final payment is due the night before your event.

Cancellation Policy

• If you decide to cancel your services 8 weeks or less prior to your wedding date, you will be charged the full amount of your bridal services you would have received. This is to ensure that we can give our full attention to you on your special day!
• 4 weeks prior to your wedding date all services need to be confirmed for the day of. If there are any changes to services being rendered after confirmation, the Bride is responsible for payment of services confirmed.
